Judge Ben Davidian, now a mediator with JAMS, recently retired from the Sacramento Superior Court bench after nearly 13 years of service. Many of us remember Judge Davidian from his almost 7 years as Supervising Judge of Dept. 59, the Sacramento Civil Settlement Center, where he conducted literally thousands of mandatory and voluntary settlement conferences, both in person and by Zoom.
